Our Terms

1.1-'Buyer' means any person accepting the terms and conditions for any order.
1.2-'Seller' means the company selling the item to the buyer i.e E-Health Cigarette
1.3-'Goods' means any item(s) supplied by the seller to the buyer under these terms and conditions.
1.4-'Terms and Conditions' means the terms under which any sale is made.
1.5-'We' means the seller.
2.1-All orders placed from the buyer will be fullfilled where delivery is possible.
2.2-Goods received defective or damaged should be returned and will be replaced at the cost of the seller. Any goods that are recieved and wishing to be replaced or returned for any other reasons should be taken up with our staff where a decision will be made. All returns should be recieved within 5 working days.
2.3-The seller holds the right to withdraw any request for refunds unless under Clause 2.2 Terms and Conditions which must apply.
2.4-The buyer can cancel any order within 1 working days after the goods are recieved under Clause 2.2 of these Terms and Conditions
2.5-Any orders cancelled require the buyer to return the items and be responsible for the condition the items are returned in.
2.6-All orders returned due to defect or damage vinyl should be claimed within 3 working days and the buyer should notify us immediately.
2.7-The seller holds the right to cancel any order within 1 working day.
2.8-All items that are sent and not recieved by the buyer are not covered for return unless recieved damaged or lost in transit & covered for shipping.
2.9-Any items returned unclaimed will be retained until further PAP costs are covered. Any items sent through our next day delivery price plan will need to be signed for on reciept and can not be refunded if no one is available to sign.If not signed for then they will need to be collected by the buyer from the appropiate location.
3.0-We aim at delivering standard parcels within 2-3 days and small parcels within 5 days.
3.1-All orders will be processed by the seller within 24 hours of purchase subject to availability and access to orders.
3.2-Any items that seem to have been opened or defect and are being returned under Clause 2.2 of Terms and Conditions will be subject to refund. All items recieved back to the seller become property of the seller if unclaimed after 3 months from the return date.
3.3-Items featured on the coming soon section are subject to information received at the time and therefore not official titles .Some of the items may change in detail.
3.4-Items will be shipped mon-fri. Next day delivery only applies when delivery is possible i.e mon-fri. If for any reason items are unable to ship for any reason uncontrolled by the seller then they may not be recieved next day.
3.5-Any pre-orders on items will be shipped on date of release.Any promo's purchased are subject to availability and under some circumstances may be replaced with a release.
3.5.1 - All orders containing items with a different delivery date e.g 5-10 day or 3-5 day etc are subject to stock availability. In any case of items being unavailable a credit for in store will be issued or a full refund upon request.
3.5.2 - All credits must be used within 3 months of the issue otherwise they will be removed and deleted from the system.
3.6-All orders placed including monday shipping items will be shipped all together on the monday of that release.
3.7-If postal insurance is NOT taken then we are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. All orders are covered for up to £28 standard.
3.8-If under any circumstances there is an error in any order we do not have to process the order unless its on our behalf and the items have been paid for correctly.
3.9-Items marked 'sale' may have some slight defect or marking .
4.1-All prices quoted will be valid for 3 days, after which they can then be altered by the seller.
4.2-The buyer is liable to pay all postage and packaging costs when completing any order.
4.3-If the buyer supplies inaccurate information when ordering then the seller is not liable for lost or missing items.
4.4-Payment should be made with any order including Clause 4.2 of the terms and Conditions.
4.5-Prices subject to change but prices quoted at time of purchase will be honoured.
4.6-All monday releases subject to stock availability and may be shipped at a later date.Purchase of monday releases before monday will not be shipped until the monday of there release date.
4.7-No delivery on bank holidays and weekends.
4.8-All items with re-stock dates or release dates are subject to availability and will not be available for shipping until the date given.
4.9-These terms and conditions are subject to change when improvement is made whithin the system database.Any new developments may lead to a change.
5-These terms shall govern the contract.
