Q - Why are your prices so low ?
A - Due to previous experience this website has been set up to provide a supply of vinyl for a sensible price.

Q - How do I pay ?
A - Payment is taken through PROTX.

Q - How is delievery made ?
A - We deliver through Royal Mail for the majority of our orders although for next working day and large orders we may deliver through a courier service.

Q - How fast is delivery ?
A - Delivery is available in 3 different price plans. Our standard package starts at just 99p for a uk single and should be delivered by the next day although you have to allow 1-2 days for normal first class delivery.

Q - What happens if i receive damaged records ?
A - Any problems with damaged records will be dealt with immediately and return slips will be issued so you can return the item for free and recieve a replacement.
We will refund you if the item recieved is not as stated or damaged on delivery.

Q - Where are you based ?
A - We are based in Southern England.

Q - Are your prices really going to get lower ?
A - Yes , provided the unit cost never rises we will work on lowering our prices all the time.

Q - What happens if i buy an item with (Monday Shipping) next to it or (Thursday Shipping) ?
A - When buying items with an expected date of shipping next to it we will ship that order all together as one package. This is due to the large increase in pstage costs if we were to do two seperate shippings.
